The Squeeze Watch (05/13/2026)

Welcome to The Squeeze Watch.

Here's today's standout.

Costco Wholesale $COST is currently exhibiting a Squeeze Score of 96.9 and a  Long-Term Squeeze Score of 92.9.

Here’s what the chart looks like:

Costco is coiled in a tight continuation pattern just beneath all-time highs.

The longer-term structure remains firmly bullish, with the stock stair-stepping higher for nearly a decade through a series of consolidations and breakouts.

What stands out here is the Monthly Strazza Indicator, which has compressed to its lowest level in more than ten years.

Historically, volatility contractions of this magnitude in COST have preceded major directional expansions.

Price is now pressing against the upper bounds of the pattern. A breakout from this coil could ignite the next leg higher.
