Every weekend, I dig into our insider filings tracker looking for the biggest conviction buys — and this week we saw leadership stepping into gaming, metals, and e-commerce stocks.
Let’s take a look:
Nike $NKE led the week with a $1 million filing from its CEO — notable timing, considering director and Apple CEO, Tim Cook made a big buy just last week.
This purchase comes as the stock tests a major long-term support level at the lower end of a massive distribution pattern.
Next up, Golden Entertainment $GDEN saw GAMCO Investors increase its stake from 3.41% to 6.14%.
That’s a meaningful position increase in the resorts & casinos space.
In gold, Hycroft Mining $HYMC logged another $16.5 million buy from Eric Sprott. He keeps adding, and that persistent accumulation continues to stand out as precious metals remain one of the strongest areas of the market.
Chewy $CHWY followed with Viking Global boosting its stake from 1.32% to 5.70%.
