The Sunday Stalk List | Ep.42

Play Offense

Welcome back to The Sunday Stalk List.

Every weekend, I review hundreds if not thousands of charts across U.S. indices, global markets, breadth, sentiment, and intermarket relationships.

And now I’m opening up my stalk list.

The names that stood out the most from my review.

This Week’s Theme: Play Offense

The market’s on a heater.

I went through a ton of charts this weekend, and the message was the same across the board.

Play offense.

There’s no reason to overcomplicate it right now.

Price is trending, breadth is expanding, and setups are resolving higher.

That’s the environment.

The all-time high AVWAPs and pivot low AVWAPs are doing the job as risk management.

Define it, swing the bat, and let price do the work.

Breadth - "The Market of Stocks"

If you missed it, I broke down this dashboard and how I actually use it in my process during my weekly show.

The shift this week was real.

Short-term participation exploded higher across the offensive sectors, with Technology, Discretionary, Communication Services, and Financials all seeing massive jumps in stocks back above their 5-day and 20-day averages.

That’s the kind of thrust you want to see coming off washed out conditions.

Longer-term measures are still playing catch up, but that’s how bottoms work.

The offense is improving first, while the defensive leadership like Utilities and Energy is either stalling or outright breaking down on a short-term basis.

This is a short-term risk-on shift that can evolve into something bigger if these gains start to feed into the 50-day and beyond.

The Stalk List 20+ Charts

I ripped through 20+ charts on Friday - that's the stalk list.

If you missed it, throw it on 1.5x speed and let it rip.

And if you enjoy it, hit the like button. It’s the easiest way to show some support.

Much love.
