I Bought A Lot Of Stocks Today

I bought a lot of stocks today.

Like I said Tuesday, I was waiting for the pitch and today we got some. 

After a cluster of overnight earnings, the market started to resolve. 

Names that had been consolidating began to make their moves.

Could I wait for more confirmation? 

Sure. But I can only share what I'm actually doing, not some idealized version of it.

I'll break them all down tomorrow, but here's one I'm excited about.

Uranium looks ready to go nuclear. 

I had to do the cheesy wordplay but I'll skip the narrative. 

There are plenty of smart people carefully articulating the uranium thesis right now. 

What caught my eye is the price action.

URA - Uranium 

That April low AVWAP held like it should.

That’s where I started leaning in for longer-term exposure.

Now you’re seeing price break above that ATH AVWAP. 

A great level to manage risk against. 

And here's what else I love about this setup: it's been long and messy with multiple fakeouts. 

The kind of consolidation that makes people throw their hands up and walk away. 

That's exactly the point. People walk away....and then it moves.

We've seen similar happen with energy. 

Consolidation that tired out the masses...and then a huge resolution higher. 

Will this be the move that leads to the breakout? 

I don't know but the setup checks the boxes and the bull market backdrop is intact.

So I took a swing.
