The Squeeze Watch (12/02/2025)

Welcome to The Squeeze Watch.

We’re very excited to present our Squeeze Engine, one of the main tools that powers the success of Breakout Multiplier.

Thanksgiving came and went. December is here, and with it, the ingredients for a year-end rally.

More and more of the damaged charts we were monitoring are starting to set up.

Failed tops are some of our favorite continuation patterns, especially when volatility gets compressed.

Here’s today’s standout:

Nvidia Corp $NVDA is currently exhibiting a Squeeze Score of 94 and an even tighter Long-Term Score of 98.9.

Nvidia has been a leader all cycle, leading in price, earnings growth, as well as the narrative writ-large.

Along its ascent we’ve seen it carve and fail two major distribution patterns, one tactical and another structural.

Both times, volatility on the Strazza Indicator got compressed to multi-month lows before prices shot higher.

Now, this leader is setting up once more.

The significance of this pattern can’t be understated.

It’s the largest stock on the planet, representing 7.5% of the S&P 500, 9.25% of the Nasdaq 100, and 14% of the technology Sector ETF $XLK.

As long as Nvidia can hold 169, the odds favor this top failing.

We already scored some historic trades in semiconductors this year, with max returns of 17x in Advanced Micro Devices $AMD and 22x in Micron $MU.

If you want access to our Squeeze Engine and our next trade betting on a failed top, join Breakout Multiplier here, risk-free.
