Here's my weekly video update for Macke's Portfolio+ members.
It was a lousy week for our stocks as Stitch Fix beat estimates, raised guidance, and then tumbled 15%. As I discuss in the video, we've seen this type of reaction before after their reports. Despite the market response, I thought it was a great report. Furthermore, the company's visibility appears to be increasing, evidenced by execs appearing on the Conference Circuit for the first time in recent memory, starting this month. Improving financials, a good narrative coming (”memberships grew” is the phrase that will pay), and an unbroken chart on support. I like to buy such stories. I’m willing to wait for the payoff.
