350 is the key breakout level for the equal-weight Magnificent Seven Index.
It marks the area where price recently pushed into new highs, failed, and has now returned for another test.

The Takeaway: The equal-weight Magnificent Seven is trying to break out again.
The bigger picture has been constructive for a long time. Since the 2022 low, this index has continued to make higher highs and higher lows while building consolidation patterns along the way. Each major pause has eventually resolved higher.
Now price is back above 350.
That matters because 350 is the same area where the last breakout attempt failed. Buyers pushed through it once, but the move did not hold. Price slipped back into the range and forced traders to question whether leadership was starting to tire.
I am not watching to see whether price can break above 350. I am watching to see whether it can stay there.
This is not one mega-cap stock dragging the chart higher. Apple, Alphabet, Microsoft, Amazon, Meta, Tesla, and Nvidia all carry the same influence. So when this index breaks out, it means strength is spreading across the group.
That is important for the broader market.
The Mag 7 has spent months moving sideways. If the equal-weight version can hold above 350 and start pushing into new highs, it would show that one of the market’s most important leadership groups is waking up again.
That is the kind of evidence that improves the backdrop for growth leadership and risk appetite.
So 350 is my line.
Above it, I want to lean more toward growth leadership.
Back below it, I have to respect the risk of another failed breakout.
